Pretty good. Hope there was no sugar on the popcorn, and I’m not too sure about the cake. Keep it up and good luck with the diet, I know how hard it is.

You should use Fitday.com to keep track of what you’re eating. It will calculate your carbs vs fat vs protein.
It’s what you eat…it’s how much you eat and if you’re eating the right portion size…

This is not a good diet. You need 5 to 7 fruits and vetg a day. Most of what you ate is carbs, and not very good ones except for the crackers. You must be starving by now. The biggest Looser diet has the required amount of fruit and vetg, plus low fat protion like beans or chicken and non fat yogurt. You are not helping your body at all to loose weight, but are instead putting it into a starvation mode.

Sounds very high in carbs. And where are the veggies?

doesnt sound lkike its too high in calories, but its not healthy! there’s no veggies in there at all, and its all just starch…not balanced…=/
so in calories it might have been ok, but as a diet its not.
