I have been chosen to go to a trial day for my netball. It is held a few days after school starts again, and because we have christmas coming up and i haven’t done a sport over summer i was wondering if anyone knew ways to get my fitness level back up. I really want to get chosen for the teams so i would love any advice or information possible.

start by doing some running or some other form of cardio but other things you may want to include are burpees or other forms of plyometric exercises http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/ply... for both upper and lower body. if you are aiming for GS or GA positions practice your shooting. if your on the wing or centre add in some sprints, GD or GK focus on jumping.
