    Hi!
Actually there are only two medications for fat loss (sibutramine and orlistat), both to be taken by medical advise and along w a low calories diet.
Besides this option there are lots of supplements, but for losing fat one of the best know for this is chrome polinicotinate. Hope this helped to you,

  • You should be aware of fad diets,These and “miracle” weitht-loss pills or substances can cause dangerous health problem and leave you worse off in the long run.A diet pill or other substance is probably a bad idea if 1) it claims to burn or melt away fat, No Food, Drug, or other substance can get rid of fat. The only way to lose fat is to use up more calories than you take in and through regular exercise and healthy eating. 2) Involves unusual quantities or combination of food. Be doubtful of advice to eat only one food. One kind of food (such as those from only one food group) or a combination of 1 or 2 specific foods. There is no evidence that these help in long term weight management. And it’s certain they can cause harmful nutritional imbalances. 3) Requires following a strict menu, Some diets say you can only eat a few kinds of food. and you must eat them on specific days, at specified times. You don’t need to do this to manage your weight successfully . In fact trying to stick to a very strict menu can harm your health. and it can be so frustrating that you may soon give up trying to manage your Weight.4)Say’s you don’t have to exercise, Weight-Managment plans that don’t include exercise are incomplete. if you don’t exercise, your body won’t use up more calories. and you will be increasing your risk for many health problems. 5)Promis big weight losses in a short time, In general losing more than 1 to 2 pounds a week is unrealistic and can be dangerous. If you lose weight too fast. most of the loss will be water not fat. You may also lose some muscle. When you go off the diet. you’ll likely gain all the weight you’ve lost and possibly more.6) What’s so bad about a fad? Here are just a few of the problem that fad diets and “miracle” weight -loss substances can bring. Weakend muscles and bones, Kidney damage, an increased risk of heart disease, Dizziness, Nausea and Weakness, Food cravings, which can lead to overeating, More body fat in the long run.

Ugh, as advanced as medicine is today, unfortunately there are lots of pills out there that will help lose fat, but I do not condone any of them. There is no such thing as a magical pill. They are all unhealthy for you, so steer clear of them! Just adjust your diet as planned and if you want to see better results, up the exercise. If you exercise more your energy levels will increase and you will be much happier throughout your daily routines. Exercising more will increase endorphin secretion in your body which is a natural hormone for happiness! The only pills I know of that can do that are either expensive or illegal, haha. So continue to work out and start eating better and you will see results faster than you think!
    Hope that helps!
