I am looking for some online support, or a chat room, for weight loss. Does anyone have any recommendations? It doesn’t matter what type of diet the other people are doing, I am just looking for other people to talk to while trying to lose weight.
Help With Calculating And Determining Body Fat Percentage Loss For A Friendly Competition.?
I began a body fat % loss challenge with some friends. I’d like to know the best way to determine the winner. We thought about going off of weight percentage lost, but felt it would be unfair to those who had less weight to lose. There were also some concern because some wanted to lift weights… so then we went with whoever dropped more body fat percentage. But we feel unsure about using this method.
We feel someone who started at 45% body fat would have an easier time dropping than someone with 20% body fat. This is where the problem arises. What should we do? How do we judge the winner fairly?
How Effective Is The Atkins Diet In The Long Run?
I’m trying to lose some weight and someone told me to go on the atkins diet. Personally I’m a little concerned about it. My younger brother playes football for his high school and whenever he needs to lose weight in a hurry he goes the atkins route. The problem is he never stays on it and his weight jumps right back up. I want to lose some weight but, I don’t want to go up and down like that.
