Snack Yourself Slim Diet – Eat at the Right Time and the Right Amount
Evolution happened through a series of regular food consumption. Back when men were stuck in the hunting-gathering phase, meals flowed more naturally. They ate when they had to, until conventional man screwed up with foods, causing obesity rates to blow out of proportion.
Now enters Snack Yourself Slim Diet. The basic principle of this diet is anchored on the evolutionary practice of constant food consumption, which is apparently helpful in triggering high levels of metabolism. This transforms the body into an efficient fat-burning machine. Forget worrying about snacks. Snack Yourself Slim Diet advocates it.
In fact, it advocates eating every hour, from the time one wakes up to the time when one goes to bed. Interestingly, unlike most weight loss diets, this does not give much attention to strict calorie restriction and continuous calorie counting. Instead, it makes use of moderately regulated calories while encouraging the dieter to eat constantly yet moderately.
Though of course, with this kind of premise, one cannot expect to indulge on generous heaps of pastas, large slabs of steaks, or several slices of blueberry cheesecake every meal. Instead, one has to eat very small amounts of food with up to 100 calories per serving. In exchange, one can eat anywhere from 6 to 15 mini-meals in one day.
So instead of drooling over 4 slices of pizza for lunch, the dieter is recommended to stick with a small bunch of grapes to one small- to medium-size apple or one small bowl of oatmeal. The idea is to keep the metabolism working, not to cheat one’s diet and fill-up one’s tummy to satisfaction.
Spreading 3 large meals into several small meals is a sound weight loss plan. It encourages one’s metabolism to work non-stop while curbing hunger along the way. It also provides a convenient way to shed off pounds without getting hungry. Overall, it is a good weight loss plan that can either be adopted alone or in combination with other healthy methods of weight loss.

Smart For Life Diet – Uses Its Own Line of “No Hunger” Foods & Interventions Like Vitamin Injections
Eat muffins and cookies and lose 12 to 15 pounds after one month. This probably is too good to be true and for most fad diets, it probably is. But it is quite a different tale with Smart For Life Diet.
Smart For Life Diet offers a foolproof way of maintaining a healthy body while indulging on tummy-busting foods. It is a physician-supervised program that would treat metabolic rate problems using carefully engineered organic foods.
This program hinges on the premise that hormonal problems and metabolic inconsistencies account for nearly a quarter of obesity cases in the United States. In order to resolve these, the program offers a complete line of “no hunger” foods that are said to help correct metabolism-related conditions.
These “no hunger” foods consist of cookies (the best sellers), shakes, soups, desserts, and muffins. All these are made from natural ingredients that are infused with sufficient amounts of fiber, protein, amino acids, and other nutrients. Along with other components of the program such as one-on-one instruction on addressing mental and emotional issues, these foods can prevent strong food cravings from resurfacing. These measures are further fortified by undergoing regular vitamin injections called Smart Injections.
Having said that, one must have at least 7 meals per day constituting mainly of food products bought from Smart For Life Diet centers. This scheme should keep your metabolism at peak, your blood sugar in a balanced state, and your body at its most efficient fat burning zone. Though 7 meals may sound too much, the total daily caloric intake actually sums up to barely 800 calories, thus creating a 1700-calorie deficit per day. According to the developers of this weight loss program, this caloric deficit equals to considerable weight loss in a very short period of time.
This program is closely monitored by a physician, from the phase where the client is just starting to make plans about how to trim down some pounds, up to the point when measures are set to ensure that ideal weight is sustained.
