What Is The Most Effective & Safe Diet Pill That Can Be Purchased Over The Counter?

By Diet | Jun 23, 2009

I haven’t bought diet pills in 20+ years! My best friend and my mom want to lose weight and need advice on what to try. I am afraid of diet pills personally so I don’t really suggest them but if they are going to use them what is safest with the best results?

I’ve used many. LIPODRENE was one of the best. However, it will really give you a lot of energy. An effective, more subtle pill is AfterEphex.

According to the new researches it is now confirmed taht the easiest way to lose weight is regular walk. Because it enhances the rates of oxidation in our body, which results in dissolving the extra fats in our body. And last but not the least it has no “side effects” like pills

Well, I really am unsure in regards to “pills” but Yoga works quite well. I think women today place a lot of unnecessary emphasis on their weight, and men (my friends included) are too fickle in their expectations of women. Since women are superior to men intellectually, it is my opinion that the time spent on diet, etc could be better spent exercising the mental muscles. Not that a woman should neglect her health, if her weight is a serious health issue then please seek professional guidance. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help, but I do encourage the yoga. You might be surprised. Good Luck and may the goddess bless you.
