Protein, protein and protein. Absolutely necessary for toning and leaning. Most people neglect the proper amount of protein daily for true muscle gain and tone. Ideally you need 1-1.5 grams of protein per LEAN body pound you weigh. I’ve done it, not easy, but works great! Besides foods, you usually have to add bars or protein drinks between meals to do it.
I would go to a local GNC. They have many products for muscle and tone.
Please, do not take steroids, really bad idea.
