    Stay away from laxatives, as you risk becoming dependent on them.
    Eat lots of fiber and bulky foods, and drink lots of water.
    A cup of black coffee in the morning will help, too.

    You should Probably Eat Frosted Mini Wheat’s, Drink Apple Juice. This works for me, personally
