Hi there I know people in my boxing gm that have done the fat loss for idiots diet and it does work. They have lost weight after 11 days as i have never tried it myself all i can say is that it seems to work so have a go
Personally haven’t tried the Diet but I’m sure any Diet that has you in a deficit in Calories and that you actually stick to will show some results.
Knowledge really is one of the most important things when it comes to Dieting. It makes achieving your goals more effective and manageable!
