Eating more frequently definitley works – or at least it did for me. I found bt eating 5 or 6 times a day, but having smaller and healthy meals each time, I didn’t get any hunger pans during the day, and so didn’t get any cravings. I made sure to drink lots of water too. After a few days I started to see the scales dipping which helped motivate me even more. Great tip – it works a treat.
