Consuming these vitamins regularly may protect the brain cells from oxidative damage, and lessen the risk of Alzheimer’s.

Fish that is high in omega-3 oils are known to have anti-inflammatory properties that can help to increase a person’s performance in memory and learning tasks. By eating fish which is high in omega-3 oils, many scientists tend to believe that there is a significant reduction in the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease, compared to people who do not regularly consume fish in their diets. Fish that contain high amounts of omega-3 oils can be found in salmon, sardines, herring, mackerel, trout, and tuna.
