    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

    The best thing to do is not to diet but to develop a healthy lifestyle that includes, exercise, supplements, and eating healthy foods.
    The first thing you should do is create meal plans. When you plan what you are going to eat before hand, you are less likely to eat the wrong foods. Second, create a supplement regiment that is suitable to your needs. Finally, find an activity that you enjoy and do it everyday for at least 30 min.

    Well you have to have all your nutrients! or u will NOT be as healthy as you should be. Losing 20 lb. a month may seem like a good thing but it is EXTREMELY bad for you. what i do to lose weight is just stop eating JUNK food and i try to eat 3 square meals a day, no snacking. also just walking down your street/neighborhood. i used to weigh 135 but got down to 120 within a couple weeks. eating right is what you need to do, not eliminating certain foods.
