You will see extremely rapid results during these 11 days, but your metabolism will begin to plateau at about day 10 or 11. It is now time to advance to step 2.
  2. Quit your diet! Yep, for 3 days, just eat whatever you want. Don’t worry, your metabolism will still be high enough that you won’t gain a bunch of weight back.
