    I’m gonna recommend the book Skinny B!tch by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. Its fantastic – obviously not just for women!

  • Sure running will get your heart rate up intothe fat burning zone, but make sure you get warm enough and stretch before you run or you’ll just damge your self. Once warmed up – say 15 mins if you’r ein your 20′s, lomger if you’re older – keep heart rate up for 30 mins to burn fat. If you want to build lean muscle at the same time, you need good protein shakes with full nutrient content to feed the cells, before and after your work out. Digesting these will burn even more fat and help to build lean muscle.
