ok so my goal isnt really just to get slim and look descent,i really want to get in tiptop shape.im a female,16,and 5ft 3,and i weigh 120.but yeah id just appreciate any tips or excercises you could give me to start training myself to get in great shape.=)

I’m only answering the second part of that question as the first part would require a training plan that I’m to tired to create right now. Chewing ANYTHING will not make your face thinner.. The only way to make your face thinner is to reduce weight over your entire body through cardio exercise, and sadly the face would not be the place you’d lose weight first unless genetically it is the first place you gain weight, which is very uncommon.
