The key is of course reasonable sized portions of lots of different foods understanding a little of what you fancy does you good and excessive overeating of similar or the same food types is likely to cause you problems.

So once you have the basics sorted out, regular exercise built into your daily routine as part of your lifestyle and a sensible well balanced diet then you can start thinking about that honed and tuned body. Clearly if you want to get rid of that belly fat and turn it into a 6 pack, you are going to need to take on a little bit more of a specialist exercise program and look at your diet in a way that will ensure you promote fat burning and muscle building in a specific area i.e. your stomach.

For a perfectly honed fat free belly you will need to take on an exercise regime that includes cardiovascular workouts combined with abdominal exercises and using weights to tone the specific targeted areas. Your basic fitness program already described will also help because you will already be routinely burning calories which will in turn aid toning of your body.
