Show that healthy people produce more work, are happier at work, and miss fewer days than people who are not fit. Show that the cost to the company in reduced work output and more missed work days is mitigated by having a fitness center. Show that a high quality worker will be more likely to accept employment with your company if they have a fitness center available. Imagine that the people on the business committee have a button that says “What’s In It For Me” on their foreheads. If you can press the button, you will get what you want.
Write up a report showing the pro’s verses cons of the fitness center. Prove that it’s a good idea.
