Have a quality breakfast, like oats (add 1tb flaxseed, 1tb wheatgerm, 3 prunes, 3dcl hot water, wait 20 min then blend) and fruit. Snack on fruit and nuts (in moderation) and try avoiding heavy meals before bedtime. Some protein + salad or steamed veg is OK. I suggest your protein should be in form of tofu or similar – it is healthier than meat, non-fatty and soy (which tofu is made of) actually lowers cholesterol. Also cut out dairy – eating no meat or dairy will speed up your metabolism! Try it for a week and let me know!
a tsp of pure honey1/2 an hour before you eat .honey helps digest the fat.
Don’t go home at the end of the day and eat a huge, stodgy meal based on refined carbs and spend the rest of the evening sat in front of the tv. Get most of your eating done earlier in the day and have a smaller meal in the evening. Eat clean. Eat less processed food and more fresh veg and fruit.

eat ur biggest meal in the morning so u will burn off all those calories then eat a small meal before going to sleep because if u eat a big meal ur body will not burn those calories.then exercise like walk for a mile (at a resemble Pace).

Think frequent small snacks best WITH breakfast at start of day – missing it will mean no energy, having it will mean kickstart to metabolism which burns energy throughout day, lots of water throughout day to con stomach into thinking it is full and to encourage diuresis where you pass more water and cut back on carbs – nigh-night!
5-6 small meals of no more than 200-300 calories a day. These are small, healthy meals. You will never feel full.
I’d say just eat healthy and excercise to lose fat. Figure out how many calories, grams of fat, etc. YOU need every day. Everyone’s needs are different. Also, excersice every day (or at LEAST 3 times per week), for at least a 1/2 hour. After a while, you should see a difference.
The key is to eat regularly, every 3 hours or so.
Provided the food is all fresh, healthy and low in calories, you will not overeat. Yet your metabolism will be kept at a high level, resulting in faster usage of calories.
