    Green tea doesn’t necessarily make you loss weight.
    But it sure is healthy for you.
    As well, green tea won’t interfere with your sleep because it doesn’t have caffeine in it. Jasmine tea does though, which will keep you up. But other than that green tea can be consumed when ever, just note that green tea tends to sooth you and make you sleepy. So keep that in mind.

    To the best of my knowledge goes, by taking Green tea, you wont loose your weight/fat. It may avoid further accumulation of fat that too some extent only, not 100%. A regular exercises and recommended diet according your body needs are most important. However you should avoid junk food, colas, oil food and take less salt intake.
