		<description>In order to begin losing weight, you should excersise at least 30 mins each time you are working out because it takes a while for your fat to respond. If you are trying to lose quickly, there is no real way to quickly shed pounds. However, you can start a sensible regime of either 1 or 2  30 mins work-out sessions for at least 4 days a weeks. You can run in the mornings and lift weights at night or whatever your style may be. Just remember, even though you are trying to lose weight, you are going to have to eat more if you are exercising more because your body is going to need more energy. Focus on your carbs, fruits, vegetables, and of course protein.</description>
