How Much Exercise Do I Need To Do To Lose A Stone In 5 Weeks?

I want to just under a stone (about 12lbs) by Christmas time as I feel frumpy. I am eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day (of healthy stuff) and am doing a 60 minute exercise video 2 or 3 days a week. Is this enough or should I exercise more? I am about 145llb at the moment. I don’t want to eat any less and I don’t want to over do it!

    Thats enough, you should easily be able to lose 12 pounds in five weeks sticking to that
    Add some resistance training a few days a week to really boost it

    It seems that you’re doing every thing right. You’re eating well and eating the right amount of calories. And working out.
    Sometimes our bodies go through times when we don’t lose weight and it may be that way for a week or so. Don’t let that discourage you. Your metabolism with catch up and you will start losing again.

    Run for 2miles every night. You’ll lose that weight very fast if you are eating as you say you are.
