Day-by-Day preferably. I need to know the name of the exercise and about how long does each drill last?

Hardly, 2 a days, one workout lifting for something over an hour and about 2 to 3 hours a day actually playing, games every weekend so not much practice there but usually an easier one on saturdays
well i know my younger brother is in this pop warner football and he has to conditiion for an hour and this is for 11-13 year olds. which means situps and pushups and pull ups and run 2 miles.
4 days a week workout excluding weekends. 3 days a week of rest including weekends.
Muscle endurance/strengthing
Aerobic/Cardiovascular endurance excersises
Plyometrics (increases quickness, explosiveness)
Usually each drill is about an hour and half with warm ups & cool downs.
40 minutes of basic exercising every 24 to 48 hours you need rest or else if you think you dont need rest and you work out
every day for 2 weeks you might deform your muscles yes it has happened before.
we did 5 a week before the season (yes, durring the summer), then 3 a week durring season. most of the time one in the morning (before school) and one after. high school sucked. come on, i was just the kicker.
