		<description>I worked out about 3 days a week walking the treadmill for about 30 minutes then I lifted weights just to tone my arms, I also did sit ups and played around with the leg presses after a month of this and faze1 of the South Beach I lost 20 pounds and I got to eat more food then I normally would. I had a baby a year ago so I have some pounds to shed my husband and I will be starting the diet again on Monday! Good Luck
I think you would be fine to wait until the next faze to go to the gym just make sure to stretch and do a little at home.</description>
