How Much Good Is 30mins Of Exercise Compared To 60mins Of Exercise In Terms Of Points?

By Diet | Jul 18, 2009

For example if 30 minutes of exercise = 30 points how many points would 60 minutes equal to?
I say this because people say the first 30 mins of exercise is the best or something.

I am unfamiliar with a point system.
I weigh 170 pounds. According to the treadmill at my health club, I burn slightly less than 100 calories per mile walking at 3 mph on a level track. I can increase that figure by walking faster or increasing the incline of the treadmill.

Ok, this makes no sense to me at all. What significance does a “point” have to anything. Just freakin’ do the exercise. Look it all depends on your age, body size, food intake, etc. The most important thing is that you are consistent with it. Balance it out with stretching, cardio, strengthening and breathing. Points are irrelevant.
    Good luck!
