Well, as any battle-scarred dieter knows, losing fat is hard and if you manage to achieve this, then you’ll simply be doing something that a lot of people can’t manage. And that will upset some people.

There isn’t one simple way of winning by losing in this scenario. What works for one person may not work for the next. What works for the next person may not work for the one after. Irritating as it may seem, choosing the right way to lose fat can be the hardest part of the whole process.

I guess a lot of this comes down to what you want. People do have very different aims when it comes to losing fat. You might, for example, simply want to drop a couple of sizes quickly so that you look and feel better for the summer months. Why? It’s very simple. If you want to lose fat and your chosen diet makes you unhappy, cranky, hungry or feel sick then you simply won’t stick with the program. Find a diet that makes you feel good and that helps you lose fat consistently over time and you’ll have no problems carrying on with it well into the future.
