Don’t tell me that you already walk up and down a bunch of stairs during the course of the day. That’s all well and good, but please just do yourself a favor and take my advice and do precisely what I laid out for you.
If your goal is to lose weight, then you’ll want to go up and down the stairs for fifteen to twenty minutes. But five minutes is typically enough for weight loss maintenance. Just make sure you do this non-stop. That’s the key to its effectiveness.
Have some faith.
Snack on three apples a day.
Trust me, if you do this you won’t be hungry for the foods that throw your diet plans out of whack. Apples contain fiber that fills your stomach. They also contain plenty of water that helps keep your body hydrated.
People often mistake thirst for hunger. Eating apples can help you avoid acting on this mistake.
Eat lentils or black beans with two meals everyday.
The suggested portion sizes are 2-3 ounces of lentils and half a can of black beans. It doesn’t matter which meal you incorporate either of these foods into, the point is to make sure one of these foods is added to at least two meals per day.
