well i dont just slam the excercise[if that means just randomly being like "ok time to workout"] my approach is picking wut i want to work on[stomache, legs] and then picking some type of cardio[running, elliptical] and always doing the cardio while changing up the weight lifting that targets some part of my body that i think i need work on.
