		<description>Working out on an empty stomach is not going to hurt you.  If you are concerned about eating then working out you should do the swimming rule.  Don&#039;t drink lots of water or other liquids before you do.  Especially if you push yourself to the max. You could get sick.  If you do eat, eat a stomach filling breakfast with nutrients.  You can cut time by just having a fruit shake or the other nutritional shakes out there. Again use moderation.  Never eat a meal before working out.  A snack like a apple or banana, a ganola bar is fine.</description>

		<description>It&#039;s better to have a small snack, like a protein bar, before working out. Keep in mind, your body hasn&#039;t eaten anything for several hours, and your likely to either get a sour stomach or over eat after your work out.</description>

		<description>I think that you should eat something light at least if you were to do some hardcore exercise.
I remember I was sent to the hospital for over-exerting myself.  I loss conciousness.  The doctor told me I should have eaten before doing such an intense exercise.</description>

1.  You should eat something...cereal, pancakes with applesauce...something with carbs in it.
2.  You should do 5 minutes of stretching before you exerice. 
(me? the 3rd thing...I have to shower to warm up). 
Which reminds me...always warm up first..</description>
