And no it&#039;s not that healthy. It is egg yolks, oil and cheese with a few other things thrown in as well.
Eat 6 mini meals a day and you can have a ceasar salad with chicken, corn and tomatoes as one of those meals.</description>

If you are trying to eat healthier you should eat 3 times a day at least. That way your metabolisim is running, burning fat and calories. You aren&#039;t starving, you feel fuller, and eat less later. You should eat the most during the morning at day, while you are moving the most. At night we tend to sit and watch tv more, so we should est less.</description>

		<description>It isn&#039;t a terrible choice, but caesar dressing is usually mainly parmesan cheese oil and sometimes cream or egg yolk, depending on the kind of dressing you have with it.  There is usually fried croutons and more parmesan cheese on it as well.
A BETTER option is:
1) Make your salad at home.  Grill the chicken and get some romaine lettuce or spring lettuces (so yummy!)
2) Get some GOAT CHEESE instead and crumble about 2 oz. on your salad.  It is amazingly good on salads and one of the least fatty cheeses available!!!
3) Make a balsamic vinagrette instead.  I love WHITE BALSAMIC or regular aged balsamic vinegar with a little olive oil.
4) Pile other veggies into your salad too.  Grape tomatoes, red bell pepper slices, cucs, mushrooms, apples, grapes, and other low cal veggies.
5) Try toasted whole wheat pita broken up in your salad instead of croutons.  Just throw a loave in your oven on 400 for 7-10 mins.
Itll get cruncy and great.  Not fatty.</description>
