Is It Possible To Eat A Normal Diet And Stick To The Recomended Sodium Guidlines?

It seems impossible when you look at food. Even bread has around 20% per slice.
Also if you work out a lot and sweat a whole lot while doing so do you need more sodium in your diet.

if optimum health is the goal then you should be consuming little processed foods daily. whole foods do not contain high amounts of sodium which is where the vast majority of the food intake should be derived from
if you are consuming adequate water daily then there is no concern with ingested 3-4 grams of sodium daily
Thing is you are eating things that have probably been previously prepared or that last longer than they should. McDonald’s , grocery store bread etc… Maybe if you choice homebacked items and fresh foods you would be better off, basically make you own ‘ish’ from scratch.
