Green Tea Before Gym, Good For Fat Loss?

I think I heard or read this passively somewhere that 2 teacups of green tea about 30mins before going for a workout is very good for fat loss and it also gives you an extra edge to spend more time in the gym. Is this true?
If true would any of these affect the effect?
1. Adding sugar
2. Adding milk
3. Not adding either of the above.

What Should My Diet Be If I Intend On Taking My Goalkeeping To The ‘next Level’?

Whilst looking around various goalkeeping sites that goalkeepers should be on a strict diet to help compliment their abilities. Now i eat junk, chips every night etc. So what should i change my diet to? Does a diet really make you do any better or does it just help strengthen bones and muscles thus avoiding injury?

* To qualify for the FBI agent position, you must possess a four-year college degree, be available for assignment anywhere throughout the nation, be between the ages of 23 and 36, and be in excellent physical condition with the ability to pass a rigorous physical fitness test. You must be a U.S. citizen and consent to a complete background investigation, drug test and polygraph.
* Once accepted, a special agent attends a rigorous 18-week training program at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

Is It Safe For Teenagers To Use Weight Loss Products?

This isn’t an ethical question, but quite literally asking if it is safe for a teenager to use weight loss solutions like weight loss milkshakes and other things of that nature.

Is This A Good Workout Routine For Fat Loss?

I have lost weight and now i am trying to get off that acces fat that stays on you :(
Monday: HIIT
Tuesday: Low intensity cardio + Strength training
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: Low intensity cardio + Strength training
Friday: HIIT
Saturday: Low intensity cardio + Strength training
Sunday: Off.
Is this a good workout? What can i do to improve it if there is a need to.

What Country Could Better Accomodate A Vegan Diet?

I have the option to go to either Sweden or France as an exchange student. My only minor setback is my vegan diet. Which country (or a host family) could better suit my diet. Depending on grocery stores and things of that nature.
