Can I Prevent Getting Flabby Skin After Weight Loss?

I’m planning a 100lbs weight loss over the next year or so. I’m scared of getting flappy skin after tho. I’m 20, so i’m still fairly young and should (hopefully) have elastic skin. But just in case, are there any products i can use to make my skin tighter or help prevent the flabby skin and maybe even stretch marks?

How to Diet Like a Sumo Wrestler

Having trouble losing weight these days? What if I were to tell you that it is because you are on the ‘Sumo Wrestler Diet?’

Hey, considering all of the bizarre methods out there it would not surprise me to find out that there was such a thing. Oh, but there is and the bad news is that you may be on it without even knowing! Let me tell you what you need to do in order to take advantage of this incredible new diet: First of all, we need to slow down your metabolism as much as possible. A slower metabolism will ensure weight gain, but also make it difficult to lose weight. To accomplish this we are going to eat only twice a day. Each meal will consist of very large portions of high glycemic foods: Potatoes, Candy, cookies, juices or soda with high sugar content, white pastas, anything with white or processed flour, white rice, or sweet snacks.

Now we need to make sure that you do not eat breakfast. Skipping breakfast is a great way to make sure that your metabolism gets up only enough steam to get you out of bed. Remember, we do not want to burn off any fat or your opponents will plow right over you.

Second, it is important that the second meal of the day is as close to bedtime as possible. This will ensure that your body will not burn the calories consumed at the end of the day. Instead it will store them as large fat deposits which will make you unstoppable in the ring!

Now in order to avoid potential lawsuits I am required to disclose the potential side effects of this diet so here we go:

• Fatigue
• Inability to focus for long periods of time
• Low blood sugar, leading to moodiness, irritability and headaches
• Intestinal bloating and gas
• Increased blood pressure and triglyceride levels which could lead to heart disease or diabetes.
• Sleepiness after large meals
• Depression

Now don’t let these bother you. Remember the objective is to make sure that your metabolism is too slow to burn up more energy than you eat. And remember, you are what you eat! Just follow this simple plan and you will be in the ring ‘throwing down’ in no time. Good luck!

Does anyone have a gym/fitness center membership to YMCA? I need a gym membership and I heard it is cheaper to go to a local YMCA. Anyone know how much they are charging per month and if they require you to sign a contract? I’m just looking for a one-facility use, standard fitness center membership.
