Suggestions For Energy Boosters And Stomach Fat Loss?

I’m 20 years old, 5’1″ and 138pounds. I want to lose 20 pounds but I am constantly tired. I never feel like working out. What are some good energy boosters I can take on a daily basis?
Last summer I went to the gym almost everyday and lost 10 pounds but the weight only melted off of my boobs, thighs, and butt, not my stomach and face. I look like I have a gut and want to get rid of it. What are good exercises to get rid of fat from the stomach area? Are there any good workout dvds that I can buy?

Have patience. If you keep at it, the stomach and face fat will go.
The workouts themselves should give you the necessary energy once you get going. I find that I feel like crap for the first 15 or 20 minutes of any ride or run, but once the heart rate gets going and I get warmed up, I feel great.
