I used FitDay.com. It’s free. I recorded everything I eat for 60 days. It was tough plugging in the numbers everyday but it completely changed how I think about food and nutrition.
Don’t eat too little. Eat up to the calories you burn – 500. If you go over that your body will learn to store fat better and you’ll gain it all back if you start eating more than you burn.
