		<description>I used FitDay.com. It&#039;s free. I recorded everything I eat for 60 days. It was tough plugging in the numbers everyday but it completely changed how I think about food and nutrition. 
Don&#039;t eat too little. Eat up to the calories you burn - 500. If you go over that your body will learn to store fat better and you&#039;ll gain it all back if you start eating more than you burn.
