I have severe asthma and in the winter it’s hard for me to breathe the cold air, so running/walking is hard for me outdoors. I can’t drive, so I can’t get to a gym without help, and i don’t always have a ride. I also dont just want to tone, i want to lose fat. I would like to learn the most effective way to do this because i’ve been struggling with weight for a long time, and i’m sick of it. Thank you

    Good indoor exercises include:
    squats
    stationary lunges
    crunches
    torso twists
    push-ups
    stair stepping
    run in place
    jumping jacks.

    Push ups. I know they are an arm exercise but they take a lot of energy.

    CARDIO BOOTCAMP Ive had 2 kids currently pregnant and damn does this workout work you will target every muscle in your body and burn loads of calories i hour daily or every other day depends on how fast you want results at least rest 1 day a week though I have the billy blanks bootcamp you can buy anywhere i got mine from blockbuster online but try walmart there are lots of different cardio bootcamps though choose to your liking Good luck you will get results quick!!
    Also try this site i visit almost daily anything you want to know is in here i use it mainly to find out how many calories/ nutrients are in foods. any food you can think of is in here
