The Number 1 Fat Loss Equation

Recently I have had a few clients become confused and discouraged by zero weight loss. They tell me they feel better, and their clothes fit better, but their weight hasn’t gone down at all. Well I have good news for them and good news for you, if you have had the same experience!
It is very likely that you have actually lost fat!
Remember losing fat is way more important than losing water weight or muscle. Especially muscle. This is true because when you lose fat your body fat percentage decreases, and your body expends more energy to maintain the increased percent of muscle it now has. Therefore you are a better overall fat burning machine which will have you looking great fast!
Here is an example of an equation that you will want to have that will tell you exactly how much fat you have lost:
Day 1 Weight X Day 1 Body Fat % = Day 1 Pounds of Fat
200 lbs X 30 % = 60 lbs
Day 45 Weight X Day 45 Body Fat % Day 45 Pounds of Fat
200 lbs X 25% = 50 lbs
Day 1 Pounds of Fat – Day 45 Pounds of Fat = Total Fat Loss
60 lbs – 50lbs = 10lbs
The lesson here is that the scale can be deceiving. Use the equation above to see how much fat you have actually lost!
As you can see in the above example this person would have actually lost 10lbs. of fat without it showing up on the scale. They also would have seen several results. They would have seen that their clothes fit better. They would have actually seen areas of fat on their body go away. They would likely feel stronger. They may have seen increased muscle tone and they would definitely look better all over!
