		<description>70 lbs. in two months isn&#039;t a good idea.  It can hurt you.  Push ups, chin ups if you have a bar or tree branch, squats, and lunges will really help.  Actually situp etc. can be overdone, and don&#039;t really invoke the big muscles.  Also, a lot of recovery time is important.  Hard workouts just twice a week, and then maybe walking or light jogging on the other days.  Two months, however, ain&#039;t gonna do it.</description>

i dont take can drinks, chocolate. try not to consume eggs. eat a slice of bread for break fast. eat a bowl of salad for lunch and dont take anything heavy for dinner. when i say heavy not even salad. try starve your self and nite. im sure u can lose a lot of weigh in few months.</description>

		<description>First off, you can&#039;t just target areas of fat for destruction, you just have to lose weight and eventually the fat will come off of that area , and once the fat is gone from your stomach region then do crunches, sit ups, and leg raise holds.( although those exercises are not that good for losing weight)
The best exercise anyone can do is jog/run, go out into your local residential area and jog around for 10 minutes at first, then gradually work your way to 30 and that will eb a great way even by it self to lose weight, also other great ways to lose weight include doing pushups, pullups, chinups, Shadow boxing, but keep in mind all this physical activity is useless if you don&#039;t keep at it for long periods of time and burn off alot of calories. Without Proper nutritional habbits all of this is down the toilet, so take a look at what your doing that might be non-benificial to your health and weight.
Another thing I&#039;d like to say is thats ALOT of weight to lose in a VERY short time, and it would be damn near impossible to lose that much in 2 months unless you have the conditioning of an olympic level athlete.

		<description>Firstly, You should not touch any type of alcohol.  Secondly You have to strictly follow up my instruction, then you will reach the goal.  Exercises : Skipping (200 to 300), Fast walking minimum 2 kilometers a day, Jogging (15 minutes), Swimming (30 minutes)  some Yoga with pranayam.               Treatment :  Take Acupressure treatment  on all endocrine glads twice daily.  For  removing  excess  heat   from   the body :   (a)  Take as first thing in the morning 1 teaspoonful of haritki churna (harde powder-powder of terminalia chebula retz) + 1/2 teaspoon of sugar for 8 to 10 days continuously, then twice a week.  This will also keep the bowels clean.     (b)   Soak powder  of 15 black  peeper + 2 teaspoonful of(preferably  crystal) sugar in 1 &amp;1/2 glass of water.  Blend them and sip all as first thing in morning for 10 days.  After 10 days, add 5 almonds to the blending and drink it for further 10 days.   ( 1)  Drink gold/silver/copper charged water daily 2 glasses reduced from 4 glasses.  (2) Drink hot to lukewarm only during the day and always after meals. (3)  Chew food at least 15 times.  (4)  Drink 3  to 5 cups of green juice a day adding 1  teaspoonful of health drink to each cup.  This will help to reduce the body very fast without any side effects.  (5)  Eat plenty of salads adding 100 grams of sprouted cereals like Mung.  Also eat twoseasonal fruits + 1  glass of buttermilk.  (6)  AVOID  ALL  FOOD  IF  POSSIBLE. However, in spite of the above diet, if you feel very  hungry, take preparations of only wheat or only rice.  That will reduced the intake of food.   BUT  EAT  THIS FOOD  ONLY  WHEN  YOU  ARE  VERY  HUNGRY.  ESPECIALLY,  DO  PRANAYAM  +  LING MUDRA + ACUPRESSURE.</description>
