You want to boost your metabolism as much as possible to build muscle and lose fat.
To do what you are trying, I recommend doing a full body workout, with really heavy weights twice a week (if you really go heavy, you won’t be able to do more days) with high intensity cardio (sprinting, jump rope, spin class) for 30 minutes on the other days.
Splitting into different body parts won’t work your metabolism as hard as doing how I said before.
