I am having trouble picking a diet. I have to have a diet or i wont stick to “eating healthy.” i have hypothyrodism and it affects my weight. I am only 20 and have 2 kids and work and go to school. Please please…let me know what you think and if you experience the same thing. What you think of weight watchers, atkins, south beach diet?
