What Exercise To Do Everyday At Home To Have Better Endurance?

I would just like to know what exercise could I do everyday at home to have better endurance(endurance for running)? And is stretching done only in the beginning of the exercise or after the exercise?

jogging on a treadmill is a sufficent exercise for at home and stretching should be done before and after
run around for 30 minutes to an hour in your neighborhood.
swimming also helps build up endurance.
i work out hard and play varsity football and baseball. in the off season to stay in the shape i jog every other day and lift the other days. go slow at first because your body is not used to it. but push yourself at the same time to get more endurance. don’t run everyday, i would say every other day that was you give your body a day of rest. that is the best way. hope that helps ya out
