Does anyone know a good exercise program to increase strength (upper and lower in particular), and to keep generally fit as well, without joining a gym??
Also, what would a good diet be to aid with exercise and for general good health? What should i be eating in order to increase muscle strength and energy levels?? Thanks in advance!

    Hi Shaken,
    There are numerous excellent exercise programs to keep you fit without joining a gym. Two that I’ve had great results with are the Power 90X video program that you see on television all the time and the Build Muscle Burn Fat program that you can download online.
    One of the best parts of both of these programs is the support material that deals with diet and nutrition. These are the two that I’ve had positive results with and would recommend.
