What is the average amount of weight loss per month for someone who hires a personal trainer for 4 days a week and has a meal plan made for them by the trainer? Just curious as to what the average person would lose in a month doing this.

Thats cheating but I’d assume 12 pounds per week approx…
EDIT – I meant month you thumb down whores
well considering that your average person would not follow the meal plan given by the trainer and would expect to lose weight just from working out i would say 4-6 lbs a month. you don’t sound like the average person though if you are going to a trainer 4 times a week. the most important thing to keep in mind when you are trying to lose weight is that your meal plan is paramount. if you follow your meal plan to a tee and don’t miss any of your appointments you should be 10-12 lbs a month for an average size to overweight person.
The same as if you worked out on your own 4 days a week….and ate a healthy diet plan. The great thing about a trainer is they can help show you how to do the exercises properly-because some people don’t want to do the research themselves.
But 8-12 lbs possibly… there are many people who won’t see anything on the scale until week 6 to week 8 but don’t be discouraged!! People usually give up right before all the fun stuff starts happening to their body-plus use your clothes as your guide-if your pants are looser you’re doing good!!
Unless you’re personal trainer is monitoring everything you do/do not put in your mouth, this can not be gauged.
A healthy weight loss is 2lbs a week.
Remember losing weight is 75% diet and 25% exercise.
Depends on the person’s current weight and fitness starting point. I’d guess 8-12 lbs a month.
Oops…forgot to say great post! Looking forward to your next one.
