I know you don’t want this answer, but there is no magical pill to lose weight.
It’s simple science. You have to burn more than you take in. Your options are taking in less (diet), or burning more (exercise), or a combination of both.
Um…there is no magic bullet pill. Proper diet and exercise is the only way to safely loose weight.
Now, since you seem to be phobic of exercise and good food, even moderate exercise can help (walking an extra block to and from the bus, using the stairs to go up two floors or down three instead of the elevator, etc), as can even small changes to your diet (cutting out snacks, avoiding McDicks and similar grease factories, cutting back on portion size, avoinding *processed* sugars, etc…).
Diet pills tend to simply be stimulants…in fact, for many years, amphetimines were the main ingredient in diet pills. To loose weight, you have to speed-up your metabolism, and that’s what the Crank did! Well, that and cause heart attacks when used improperly.

Diet pills can work but there are so many companies that offer HERBAL DIET PILLS along with ridiculous claims concerning the amount of weight loss you can achieve by taking their pills. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. These days there are way too many diet pills in the market that it is easy to be confused or totally sceptical about their effectiveness. Just remember that taking diet pills are not effective if used on their own.
