I am not concerned with the health aspect. I want to lose 30 pounds really quick and then I will change my diet to a more healthful approach. Anyone know of a quick way to drop the pounds, even if it’s supposedly “unhealthy”?

eating under a thousand calories will help you loose weight fast if you also consume tons of water and stay active but you have to maintain the diet to keep the weight off. and also when you have under a 1000 calories a day you also have to eat less during your meals, so try to drink water before eating and time yourself while eating to about 20 minutes, before twenty minutes you will be full and you will have eaten very little because of the fact that the water filled you up and also slow eating. goodluck by two weeks you see a difference in your clothes ive done this

if you are really serious and can stick to something drastic… i suggest doing the 48hr cleanse mon/tues, then the 3-day diet below cutting out anything you can from the diet to limit it as much as possible, it’s a good menu of foods to chose from to lose weight quickly, carry over for a fourth day and then have a free day… the free day will jump start your metabolism and help you keep burning fat… but if you go overboard then it will undo your entire week… this plus a good multi vitamin so you still get some nutrients and a good CLA supplement, i like the womans active multi pack from GNC because it has your fat burner and your CLA… here is the 3-day diet:

Mon/Tues 48 hr diet; Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat do the 3-day diet (google it) then sunday have a free day to restart your metabolism… just dont over do it on your free day or you will undo your entire week! go with a good multi like GNC active womans pack…. this wll do it, my sister and i did the 3 day diet for a week before our proms and it always did wonders to get that last bit off… plus you could always consider a body wrap at a spa to pull out unwanted impurities… good luck

count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day

chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you’re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you’re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you’re stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep
drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you’re metabolism
do not weigh you’re self everyday because it torments you,weight you’re self once a week ( every Monday )

portion control..dont go un healthy because you will lose muscle..smart dieters lose fat,not muscle!So dont diet,just portion control food,drink enough water and herbal teas and workout regularly…no quick fixes dear

Food- Always eat breakfast. Yes, I know getting up a bit earlier to consume the first meal of the day is sometimes hard, but it is necessary. I would suggest egg beaters and a piece of fruit (preferrably a banana to give you necessary protein). Drink water. They say if you drink water in the morning it gets your brain working a lot better. Juices and milk have a lot of sugar, so you definitely don’t want to drink your calorie intake for the day.
BTW- the green tea tip is great! It speeds up your metabolism A LOT and is a very healthy drink for you! Don’t add sugar, perhaps a small amount of Splenda (not even the whole packet- you don’t need it, it’ll be sweet with only a drop of it).
For lunch I would suggest a turkey (low sodium) wrap. Walmart has these really good wraps that are fat free. Put a little bit of lettuce and tomato on the wrap and you’re ready to go. If you want some extra flavoring, add a pinch of pepper. Drink water again because our body needs A LOT of water everyday. Plus, if you drink water throughout the day, the less snack urges you will get. It’s not smart to snack- adds extra calories. If you’re dying to eat drink water and crew on a piece of Stride or Orbit gum. Long lasting and good tasting! Sometimes hunger can be mistaken for thirst! So keep that in mind.
For dinner I would suggest chicken varieties or fish. Stay away from a lot of red meat. Red meat contains a lot of sodium and fat. You don’t want a lot of sodium and sugar in your diet. Eat veggies and perhaps a small amount of brown rice. Use butter spray (it’s fat free). Parkay makes the best tasting! It really does taste like butter!!!
For a snack at night if you’re still hungry try fat free/sugar free jello or pudding. Popcorn is also a really good choice. Low fat (94% fat free) is sold at Walmart or you can even get the corn and pop it yourself. Add some butter spray and you’re in business. Don’t add extra salt though!
Don’t eat past 7PM if possible. Late night eating is really bad for you!
Exercise- Try running, walking fast, parking far away so you can get that extra distance in, sit-ups (increase how many you do EVERY night), push-ups, walks, sports/biking, swimming, Wii fit (ha), dancing…Basically any way to stay active! Always be on the move. When sitting watching tv move your legs to keep moving and burning those calories. Stair stepping is also good. If you live relatively close to a studium, go to there and run the stairs.
Remember- With a healthy diet and staying active, you’ll lose weght without a problem! Good luck!
