
I am going to be starting a new diet program to lose some weight, but I am not sure what to do about my exercise program. What is the best exercise program to gain muscle mass (primarily my midsection)?
Also, any exercise DVDs are perfered, much easier.

muscle building is simple and not much has change that in the past 10 years despite what some self proclaimed “Muscle Building Guru’s” and supplement companies claim.
Most workouts to build muscle should be no more than 1hr and comprised of at least 2 compound exercises. Complete this 3-4 times per week with good nutrition (i.e 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight) consistently and you WILL build muscle!
