I think that you should look at swimming.
Probably swimming. The BETTER the swimmer you are, the better you can do practically everything ELSE ! Plus it “tones” your body, & is an excellent Stress reliever…
Go to your local library, they have all the exercise video’s you could want, check a few different ones out, watch them. Get the idea?
swimming or you can do weights for upper body and cardo like running, biking for lower body
