I’m doing research on the perfect exercise routine for a project in my health class. It should be one that works out the entire body, but I’d like some thoughts from other people on that. Remember: each location allows different exercises. If you can come up with something based on this, it will help a lot.

    Probably swimming. The BETTER the swimmer you are, the better you can do practically everything ELSE ! Plus it “tones” your body, & is an excellent Stress reliever… :)

    Go to your local library, they have all the exercise video’s you could want, check a few different ones out, watch them. Get the idea?

    swimming or you can do weights for upper body and cardo like running, biking for lower body
