Bro, I would try something like a green tea about 3 times per day. don’t go with any of the scam pills in the bottle. If they worked people would be skinny and stop buying them and the pill companies would be out of biz. But people just keep getting bigger.
Usually losing weight is simple numbers. You need to know your basic metabolic rate (BMR). Once you know your BMR then you can design a diet lower in calories than your BMR.
But…. it is not always that simple. You could also have metabolic anomalies or even hormone irregularities that can make losing weight virtually impossible.

Now, if you don’t see results after that you may look into the hormonal or metabolic areas. Also make sure you are being realistic, and that you do have weight to use. Don’t forget… celebrities use tons of drugs and have personal trainers! We should all be so lucky

I think that whey protein is a great alternative to eating massive amounts of beef or pork. Combine that with a good weight-training program, cardio exercises, and getting in a square meal plan in place and you’re on your way to reducing yourself.
