Are Fat Loss Pills Good When Taken As Part Of A Diet And Excercise Regime?
![]() |
Yes they can be. Just make sure that you are eating enough to keep you active and give you energy. And also be aware that when you take yourself off of the pills you will end up gaining weight faster so keep yourself eating healthy and make good habits that will stick with you even when you are done with the pills.

no not a good idea
Some of them help, some of them don’t. I don’t think they are bad for you and if you are on a diet and excercise plan in addition you are more likely going to lose weight.
i am not any expert or anything but i think all weight loss pills are very dangerous,so are energy drinks
Alli does but you have to be strict
If fat loss pills worked, no-one would be fat.
A good diet and exercise regime will help you lose weight.
they can make you very agitated
I have heard that they are good to take before your about to work out to work out twice as hard as you would normally do. I used them about 3 years ago and lost over 5 inches over the summer. I have kept it off. I’m still the same size. Everyone is different. Just find out what works best with you.
Good Luck!
They can help. However they can be addictive. You have to decide to make a lifestyle change before you start adding more stuff to your plan.
Hellzzz NO….they are such a waste of money! I have tried a few diff. ones, and I never saw the same results as I did from just excersice and healthy eating…not even close!!! DOn’t waste your money seriously
Yeah. Good for the manufacturer’s wallet! Waste of money for you.
